Samsung Shows Off Series 9 WQHD Laptop With Retina Display-Like Resolution At IFA 2012

Summary: The prototype squeezes 2,560x1,440 resolution into a 13-inch display.

Even if you don't really like The apple company items, you might appreciate how its pixel-dense Retina Display technological innovation has shaken up the market for cellular shows (and, gradually, pc ones). You may not want an iPhone or the MacBook Pro with Retina Display, but Apple's marketing of the function is spurring other organizations to add identical technological innovation to their item promotions.

A very good example is a new computer model New samsung displayed at the IFA 2012 display in Germany this weeks time. (More IFA 2012 information for New samsung can be discovered here.) Engadget identified the Sequence 9 WQHD ultra-portable compressing a very amazing 2,560x1,440 quality into just a 13-inch display.

That performs out to be approximately the same pixels-per-inch that the 15-inch MacBook Pro with Retina Display provides, and is a considerable enhancement on the present Sequence 9's 1,600x900 quality. Engadget also factors out that the display functions "a soothing flat complete," though it's ambiguous how that particularly increases the watching encounter.

The 13-inch Sequence 9 computer already expenses $1,200 and up, so you can suppose an ultra-high-res display would deliver that price even greater. While that is no relaxation for people who don't want to fall $1,500 (i.e., most of us), it does proceed a pattern for higher-resolution shows, which will gradually outflow down as more of these shows are created.
