Samsung : Apple Trying To Limit Consumer Choice

SEOUL, South South korea (AP) — New Samsung on Weekend charged Apple organization of relying on lawsuits in an attempt to restrict customer option after the iPhone manufacturer said it was seeking to stop the sale of Universe S III mobile phones in the U. s. Declares.

Fresh from its $1 billion dollars judge success over New Samsung Gadgets Co, Apple organization Inc., in a individual case, asked a government region judge in San Jose, Florida, on Weekend to add four more items to a record of New Samsung goods that Apple organization says infringe its patents.

The new record of 21 items includes Samsung's leading smart phone Universe S III as well as the Universe Note, another popular Android operating system phone. If the judge discovers those devices are infringing Apple's patents and irreparably damaging the U.S. organization, it could stop revenue in the U.S. industry even before the trial starts.

The latest allegation is part of a larger, legendary battle over patents and advancement in one of the most profitable technological advancement areas that is unfolding in 10 countries.

The biggest levels are in the U.S., the biggest smart phone industry this year. Last month, a court in the San Jose judge found that New Samsung had duplicated Apple's design enhancements and New Samsung was requested to pay Apple organization $1.05 billion dollars. New Samsung has promised to appeal the judgment, all the way to the U.S. Superior Court if necessary. 

On Weekend, New Samsung denounced Apple's attempt to stop revenue of the S III, which hit the 10 million international revenue mark in September, less than three months after its release.

"Apple is constantly on the resort to lawsuits over industry competition in an attempt to restrict customer option," New Samsung said in a declaration. "We will continue to take the necessary lawful measures to ensure the option our impressive items in the U. s. Declares."
The strong revenue of the S III were crucial in driving Samsung's every quarter profit to a record high in the last quarter and helped it stay ahead in the globally smart phone industry.

In records registered with San Jose government region judge on Weekend, Apple organization said 21 New Samsung mobile phones, media players and pills launched after Aug 2011 were "copycat items."

"Rather than innovate and develop its own technological advancement and a unique New Samsung design for its smart phone and tablet items, New Samsung has chosen to copy Apple's technological advancement, user interface, and impressive design,"
Apple organization said in one papers.

The Cupertino, California-based organization stated that New Samsung is unlawfully using its eight patents. One certain is related to the way it retrieves information in a pc and another is about actions on a touchscreen display display screen to discover a system.

Apple and New Samsung are the two biggest smart phone makers and together they control over half of the international industry. They are involved in similar lawful tussles in Japan, European countries and the U. s. Declares.

In Apr 2011, Apple organization first charged New Samsung of unlawfully duplicating Apple's technological advancement and design in the mobile phones powered by Google Inc.'s Android operating system technological advancement.
