Web News : HTC Teases Butterfly India Launch On Facebook

It looks like HTC's newest high-end system will lastly be making it to Native indian shoreline. The organization is proposition the HTC Butterfly on its Facebook or myspace page. While the organization hasn't yet declared the actual launch date of the product, this is still a good indication for those who want to get their hands on a phone with a 1080p show. We tried to contact HTC, but the associate was not available for opinion.

HTC had initially revealed the phone back in Dec at an event organised in Taipei. The mobile phones requirements are similar to that of the Japan-only HTC J Butterfly and the US-only Android operating system DNA. 

The HTC Butterfly, devoid of the J, is similar in requirements to its US and Japoneses alternatives, which means that the 5-inch, Super LCD 3 screen with a quality of 1920 x 1080 p is presented on this system as well. The smart phone comes prepared with a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro SoC operating at 1.5GHz and has 2GB of RAM. HTC has selected to endow the Butterfly with Android operating system 4.1 Jelly Bean and its Sense UI on top. The system functions a 2020 mAh li-polymer power supply that should keep the product operating for quite a while. However, the organization has not described how long power supply will last, so there is no formal information available on the life cycle of power supply.

Here is a quick look at some of the highlighted features of the HTC Butterfly:

  • 3G, EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, NFC, DLNA.
  • Bluetooth 4.0 with USB.
  • 8MP camera with AF, BSI Sensor, f/2.0 with 1080p video recording, 2.1MP front camera.
  • 16GB internal storage, expandable up to 32GB via microSD card.
  • MHL.
As described in the requirements table above, the product comes with an 8 mega-pixel back photographic camera that has an aperture value of f/2.0 and functions a 26 mm contact lens. HTC has also involved a range of functions like auto-focus, LED show, and a BSI indicator that can be useful for catching pictures in low lit surroundings. Another nice function is that it can catch video clips in 1080p, which allows for full HD video clips. It also comes with a VideoPic function where a user can catch 6 mega-pixel images while capturing HD movie simultaneously. The photographic camera used here also functions slowly movement movie catch and play-back.

As is the case with all HTC mobile phones released last year, the HTC Butterfly comes with Dr Dre's Surpasses Sound motorists.
