Apple Gets A Stay On Running Ads For Samsung In UK

Recently, a UK assess decided that the style of Samsung's Universe Tab 10.1 product did not duplicate the style of Apple's iPad. The other day, the same assess decided that The apple company must purchase and run ads in a number of UK-based paper and publications that eliminate the concept that the Universe Tab is a duplicate of the iPad.

Now it looks like The apple company is off the connect in terms of advertising for its competition, at least for the moment. AllThingsD.com reviews that a London judge has decided to allow Apple's ask for for a stay on the previously purchase. This will give The apple company time to file a official appeal of the previously judgment, which will happen sometime in Oct.

The unique purchase from the judge required The apple company to run ads in the Financial Times and Daily Mail magazines, along with the Protector Mobile and T3 publications. The judgment also requested The apple company to post a notice about the court's decision on its website and keep it live for six months.

Of course, this is just the latest in a sequence of lawsuits between New samsung and The apple company angles on the designs of their products. The other day, New samsung stated in a lawful brief that The apple company took the concept of the iPhone's style from New samsung.
