LG Confirms Google Nexus 4 Shortage

Summary: The shortage of Google Nexus 4 devices is a result of high demand, according to the handset manufacturer.

LG has verified that there is a lack of Google Nexus 4 gadgets.

The go of cellular at LG UK, Andrew Coughlin, informed CNET UK on Thrusday that the cellphone "had confirmed highly sought after, and as such suppliers have been met with large demand".

"We will work carefully with Google to make sure that those who wish to buy a device are able to do so," Coughlin included.
Both the 8GB and the 16GB editions, which price £239 and £279 respectively, are currently not available in the Google Perform shop.

The 8GB Nexus 4 is detailed as "sold out" on the Google Perform shop, with clients recommended to "check returning soon". Meanwhile, the 16GB edition is described as "shipping soon", with more inventory predicted in five to six weeks' time.

While the Google Perform shop may be missing Nexus 4 gadgets, both the 8GB and 16GB editions of the cellphone are available from Carphone Factory on United kingdom, Lemon, Three, T-Mobile, and O2 systems. Mobile owner O2 is also providing the 16GB cellphone on the market at £399, or for no cost when clients take out a two-year agreement over £36.

The system went available for promoting in the UK on 13 Nov and marketed out on the same day. It therefore came returning temporarily to the Google Perform shop before promoting out again.

The Nexus 4 has an 8-megapixel photographic camera, wi-fi asking for and NFC ability. The product, Google 4th smart phone, operates the newest Android operating system OS, Jam Vegetable 4.2.
