Asus Launches Two Vivo Tab Windows 8 Tablets.

We're getting a feeling of de ja vu here, but Asus has just declared the release of a duo of 'incredible' Windows 8 pills.

They'll be going available on Oct 26, which also happens to be the Windows 8 release time period.

If this is buzzing any alarms for you it's because Asus also declared these two Windows 8 pills at Computex returning in May, but this newest release does at least supply us with some additional information.

Vivo forever :

For a begin, Asus' Windows 8 pills are to be known as the Asus Vivo Tab and the Asus Vivo Tab RT. That may not make an impression on many promotion professionals as a product name (Vivo indicates 'to live'), but it is at least better than Product 810 and Product 600 which is what Asus was contacting them before we talked.

Of course, being Asus items, both Vivo An eye come with battery-packing QWERTY key pad docks, just like the Transformer Pad variety, new Transformer Guides and the office-favourite Asus Java Mug. Even Asus' QWERTY key pad docks come with QWERTY key pad docks nowadays.

The Asus Vivo Tab has an 11.6-inch Extremely IPS+ 1366x768 10-point multi-touch show and uses stylus pen technical provided by Wacom. It is 675g, is 8.7mm fat and also activities an 8MP rear-firing photographic camera with auto-focus and LED show. There's also the essential 2MP front-facing photographic camera, NFC indicator and more.

Chip talk :

It's all operated by a new Apple Atom CPU, 2GB RAM and 64GB of strong condition storage area. Asus says this one is all about efficiency, while the Vivo Tab RT is more preferably best for "entertainment on the go" and if you look at the specifications of the latter you'll see why.

It looks identical but under the cover it's a different pet. It's operated by Tegra 3 innards, is a little bit slimmer and less heavy than its larger bro and also comes with 50 percent the storage area space.

We'll carry you some first opinions with these factors the second Asus allows us at them, but from the media release's extreme use of the phrase 'incredible', they're almost certain to be... awesome.
