Summary: The smartphone, which is billed
as a smaller version of the hit Galaxy S III but is in reality no such
thing, will go on sale in a week's time.
According to New samsung, the product will release on 8 Nov with no price activities preinstalled — The Sim cards 3 and Bejewelled 2, to be particular — as well as 50GB of no price Dropbox storage space for the next two decades.
The S III Small is delivered as a more lightweight edition of the leading Galaxy S III smart phone, although actually it is nothing of the type. It looks identical, but its requirements are mostly a phase down from those of the bigger system.
The smaller scaled system has a reduced pixel solidity of 233 ppi, using a 4-inch display with an 800x480-pixel quality, in comparison to the bigger lamps 4.8-inch display with 1,280 x 720-pixel quality, which gives a pixel solidity of 306ppi.
While the S III has a quad-core processer and an eight-megapixel photographic camera, the S III Small only has a dual-core event and a five-megapixel present shooter. Despite all this, the S III Small is, at 120g, still only 13g less heavy than the full-sized system.
Samsung says the Small will be available through all the regular systems and shops. The organization has not yet given an formal price for the cellphone, but some suppliers have set preorder costs at around £300.
The system may battle at that price, as the full-fat S III is available SIM-free for less than £400, and the highly-specced Nexus 4 will price much less than £300.
Meanwhile, New samsung has also revealed another cellphone known as the Galaxy Leading, which is much nearer to the requirements of the S III but a bit smaller scaled. However, it seems that system is only intended for the European and Ukrainian marketplaces.
