Earlier this year, Mozilla declared its programs to release a edition of its Mozilla FireFox web web browser that would be made specifically for the City (now "Modern") UI in Windows 8. This week, one of the developers on the project, Mark Bondy, has offered up a new growth upgrade on Mozilla FireFox for Windows 8.
In a new post on his blog, Bondy states, "Work on the City style allowed pc web browser has developed continuously and things are looking really good." Bondy says that Mozilla now programs to release a review edition of Mozilla FireFox for Windows 8 sometime in the third one fourth, which means that the company is focusing on a release before the end of Sept. Bondy adds that he considers Mozilla has programs for a try out release sometime in the fourth one fourth of 2012.
Bondy also lists a number of the features that the Windows 8 Mozilla FireFox team have executed into their growth build, including crash confirming, a built in PDF audience, windowless Flash assistance and more. While add-on assistance won't be a part of the first edition of the Windows 8 port, Bondy says that add-on assistance will be put into the web browser in the future.
Bondy also says, "We'll have some kind of synchronize performance to synchronize data between your City interface and your pc interface. We're hoping for a local, no installation synchronize performance, but at worst it will be done through the current synchronize performance."
