Rumor: Microsoft removing features in Office 2013 for Windows RT

Microsoft CEO Bob Ballmer declared the heir to Workplace 2010 at a special media meeting last month. The primary defined some of the key functions that we can anticipate to see from Microsoft’s next creation office package but if the newest circular of gossips are to be considered, not all of those functions will be making their way to Workplace 2013 for Microsoft windows RT ARM-based pills.

Sources acquainted with Microsoft’s programs have informed The Brink that Redmond is preparing to eliminate some functions from the product version of Workplace when it goes available later this year. The ARM-based slates will allegedly deliver with a Review version of Workplace that will be upgradable to any version planned for launch in beginning 2013.

Microsoft will be reducing functions like macros, third-part add-ins and VBA assistance in order to protect product power supply and make sure there will not be any stability problems. The resource goes on to observe that a few other functions are also being cut but just didn't particularly summarize what they were.

A representative for Ms informed the book that the company has not completed any appearance so it’s entirely possible that said changes are indeed coming. If the resource is appropriate, however, we cannot help but think that this could keep Microsoft windows RT pills on the side lines and out of the arms of many business customers. Hopefully Ms will reduce some more light on this before the pills fall in Oct.
